The “Haus Apportin” offers individual and classically furnished rooms and a rich breakfast as well as various products from our own production or from our own garden. E.g. apple juice, quince juice tomatoes (in summer and fall) walnuts from our tree and honey from the beehives in our garden and other products.

We also rent bicycles, see below.

As a bed + bike guesthouse, we also offer parking spaces and tools for cyclists (we are happy to help with repairs if we have free capacity) as well as the use of washing machines and dryers (for a small fee). Maps for excursions are also available on a small scale.

Walbox/ electric car charging station

We have an electric car ourselves and are happy to make our electric car charging station available to you. It will be a while before we get a walbox in front of the house. We have applied for this.

Room prices

Prices vary depending on the booking period and length of stay. Please contact us and we will be happy to make you an offer. Single rooms are available from 40,00 Euro (only for longer stays) Double rooms/twin rooms are available from 60.00 euros (only for longer stays) Prices are per room, per night. For one night only: Single room from 55,00 Euro Double room from 80,00 Euro Breakfast is available from 15,00 Euro/person/day Children up to 12 years breakfast free of charge. During the trade fairs and before and after, prices may vary considerably. Payment : Payment can be made by bank transfer in advance or on site in cash or by card (no American Express).

Bicycle service

Would you like to ride a bike? Talk to us. Prices for bike rental: 5,- €/day – 20,-€/week

There are plenty of opportunities for excursions. The route to the trade fair or the training center can also be completed by bike without traffic jams and in the fresh air.

Cancellation policy

If the rooms can be rented out to another party after a cancellation, we do not charge a cancellation fee or offset the income. If this is not possible, the following fees apply:

Cancellations up to 10 days before the planned arrival date are free of charge.
If canceled up to 2 days before the planned arrival date, 50% of the accommodation price will be charged.
and if canceled up to 1 day before the planned arrival date, a cancellation fee of 80% of the accommodation price will be charged. different cancellation conditions apply during trade fair periods
